  1. If you are getting an intermittent "timer callback error" on the Collect window, please update your computer's driver software (especially those related to the chipset, USB controllers, and graphics adapter).
  2. If you are unable to install DARMA because your antivirus software is quarantining the installer, please let me know at j.girard@pitt.edu. This behavior does not indicate that there is a virus in DARMA; some antivirus software just quarantine everything they don't know about and I can request to have DARMA added to their whitelist.
  3. If you are unable to install DARMA, please make sure to extract the installer from the .zip file to your local machine and run it from there. You will also need permissions to install software on your computer.
  4. If DARMA is requesting that you install VLC but you already did install VLC, please make sure that you installed the 64-bit version of VLC and that the "ActiveX plugin" option was selected.
